Ok Anyone Who Works For Bmw? Im On My 5th Month In Lincoln Tech And I Really Want To Join The Bmw Step Program
I was always into BMWs and i was wondering if any dealerships around the NJ or NY area that needs more technicians. What’s the starting salary after finishing, or being accepted into the Step program. The only thing i don’t have is experience working at a dealership. Finding a job in general on staten island isn’t easy.

The turn signal light stops working every now and then. I hear the fast tempo ticking and the indicator in the front panel lights up. Every now and then it works again. I know that means it’s not the light bulb. Does anyone know what needs to be replaced? I have a 2002 3-series.

I have a 1992 BMW 525i, I can’t figure out why the fan only works at the highest speed. I checked all fuses, and I have replaced the blower motor located in engine compartment in firewall. Does it have a secondary blower?

Our 1996 Honda Accord spedometer works only sometimes, usually at freeway speeds only. Someone replaced one part for me (can’t remember which part, but it was supposed to be the major one that all Honda’s have trouble with) but that didn’t make a difference. I’ve heard there are two major parts, and now I probably need the other one? I also hear this “other” part is expensive. Anyone here have a similar problem, or a mechanic that can explain it?
