Bmw Need Not To Be Warmed Up Before You Begin To Drive, Correct?

In addition to the above question – can you start the BMW engine and begin driving right away? For Honda and Toyota cars , for example, it is recommended by almost everyone that they be warmed up before beginning to drive. Why is this not a case for BMWs?
Do I need to warm up my BMW 2001 325i?
