Near Future Costs Of Ownership On This 2004 Bmw 325i?
I am looking to buy (from private party) this 2004 BMW 325i with 34000 miles on it, and another 7months/16000 miles of warranty remaining. Given these specs, could anyone please advice me on the typical costs that I am looking at within the next 2 years? The current owner has done the usual maintenance (including 30K inspection) on the car. Apologies for a very redundant query, and will appreciate helpful advice.

I have a 1984 bmw 318i. Works great. But there air escaping sound or rushing sound coming from the back seat in the cabin near the right rear tire. It does it at like 10-15 miles and hour and up. With the engine on and off. The car is steady and there no ugly sound while turning. Just the rushing sound. Sound changes as the speed increases. But at 80 miles still steady. Could it be the tire making that sound?
