How To Install A Line Out Converter On A 02 Bmw E39?

I have a 02 bmw e39 and want to keep my stock radio. Ive never installed a line out converter before and am kind of confused. I want to hook up two amps..one for door speakers and one for subwoofer. How do i do this??
