Is $1,795 + Tax A Good Price For The Extended Maintenance Package On A 2005 Bmw 330ci Zhp?

January 24th, 2010 2 Comments   Posted in BMW

Depending on the mileage on the car it is a great idea! Mine was about the same price and included (so far) 2 oil changes $115 ea, Front brakes and rotors incl complete fluid flush $900+ , and a 60,000 mile inspection $500. Total used $1630, and I still have a ways to go. That doesn’t count the tail light bulbs they replaced (6) or the timing belt or the wipers. Well worth every penny!

How Much Would It Cost To Get A 2001/2 Bmw 330ci + These Customizations?

January 14th, 2010 3 Comments   Posted in BMW

I’m looking to get a mint condition, low mileage 2001-2 BMW 330ci. However, I’m looking to get the windows tinted a somewhat dark shade of black, maybe a small spoiler, side skirts, and getting 2001+ M3 style rims. If I happen to get a good deal on a model, but it’s in a color I can’t stand, how much would a paint job cost on top of that? In fact, I’m looking to get my dream car ultimately like this:

http://img393.imageshack.us/my.php?image=2001bmw3series330ci7746bz7.jpg

I’d figure since there’s so many 3 series out there, and for good reason, I might as well customize it to be a little different out there on the road.
My question is if I am able to sell off my the standard rims the car comes with? And with that, do manufacturers sell the M3 style rims?
This is basically what I’m looking to get:
-2001-2 BMW 330ci
-black tinted windows
-M3 style rims
-paint job (maybe?)
-small spoiler
-side skirts
What places can I get these parts and how much would it cost on top of it to install?

In What Order Are The Fuel Injectors On A 2001 Bmw 330ci Numbered?

January 7th, 2010 1 Comment   Posted in BMW

Hey guys,
So I’m trying to replace 2 fuel injectors, my diag. computer tells me that injector number 1 and number 4 are bad. Only problem is I don’t know which injectors 1 and 4 are (doh).
I have a 2001 330ci, so it should be an inline 6…
does injector 1 start at the side closest to the bumper or vice versa?
Anyone know?

Can The Offset Of Wheels Be Changed From A 40 To A 43 Offset For My Bmw 03 330ci?

November 2nd, 2009 3 Comments   Posted in BMW

I purchased some wheels for my car on ebay. They state that they manufacture wheels. I was told that in order for the rear wheels to fit properly, they would have to change the offset from a 40 offset to a 43 offset. Does this make sence to any one? Is it possible to do this to wheels already manufactured or could they do this when manufacturing the wheel?
