Other Than Mercedes Benz And Bmw Fs What Banks Finance Cars That Are $200,000 To $600,000 ?

I am finding most banks are limited in what dollar amount they will loan to a client.
And If I have already financed a car for 500k with MB Financial and one with BMW FS for 400k they are reluctant to loan me more money while those loans are open.
What other hi end banks are out there ??????
