IF I UNDERSTAND YOUR QUESTION YOUR ARE WANTING TO COLLECT THE MONEY THE INSURANCE COMPANY WILL PAY TOWARDS A RENTAL CAR? THE INSURANCE COMPANY WILL NOT PAY YOU FOR THE RENTAL ,THEY PAY THE RENTAL COMPANY DIRECT.
Like the other poster said, they won’t give you money for the rental, the rental company will submit the bill to the insurance company directly and have that paid.
Sorry buddy.
