I’m Going On A Bmw Off-road Skills Course In September. What Courses Coud I Go On To Prepare For This?

I’m based in West London, and wouldn’t want to drive to far to learn.
I’ll be using a R1200GS on the course, so presumably I want to work on something big beforehand.
