31yo recent graduate of school, put in charge of GM. No automotive experience and has never held a job, other then as a political staffer.
Does this make sense? Or is Obama just paying people back, since he got to become president with no experience?

I had sent my car off for its free annual service from BMW. All this was done no problems but when my car arrived back, their driver informed me that the windscreen wipers had broken during his journey. BMW collected the car and are now informing me I have to pay £127 to have this fixed. Should i be responsible for having fixed something that wasn’t in my possesion at the time?
